How to Order a Bronze Plaque

1. Select Size and Shape

Choose from our standard sizes or request a custom dimension to suit your space - we can produce plaques in virtually any size or shape.

2. Provide Your Wording and Design Details

​

You may include:

• Names, dates, dedications, or inscriptions

• Preferred font styles (traditional, script, modern)

• Artwork, logos, or emblems

• Optional images for photo plaques

If you have a layout in mind, we’re happy to follow it. If not, we’ll create one for you.

3. Choose Your Background Colour, Finish and Border Style

​

We offer a selection of background colours, with brown and black being our most popular - If you have a specific colour in mind, just let us know — we can accommodate custom colours.

 

Please also let us know your preferred border style. We offer a variety of traditional and decorative options to complement your design.​

4. Select Mounting Style

​

We offer several professional mounting solutions, including:

• Countersunk Screws

  • ​This mounting method is commonly used for securing plaques to park benches or memorial walls. The plaque is affixed to the surface either by applying construction adhesive or bolting from the rear. This versatile mounting option can be used on a wide range of surfaces. For timber installations, wood screws are used for direct fastening, while machine screws are typically selected for mounting onto solid walls such as concrete.

• Lugs & screws

  • This method is used for concealed mounting, where drilled lugs are added to the back of the plaque and secured with screws for installation on brick, stone, or concrete surfaces

• Flatback for Adhesive or Frame Mounting

5. Review and Approve Your Proof

​

We provide design and layout proofs before production. You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Review the design

• Confirm spelling and layout

• Request adjustments as needed

Production begins only after your final approval.

6. Production

​

Once approved, your plaque will enter production - our typical turnaround time is approximately 5 weeks.
